Grants Management
The Indiana Public Health Foundation, Inc. is a 501 (c) 3 not-for-profit public corporation. That status allows the Foundation to apply for grants on behalf of other organizations and individuals whose grant project may require a 501 (c) 3 not-for-profit declaration. The Foundation may also serve as a fiscal agent/grant manager for grants not requiring the not-for-profit status. The Foundation manages the funds, and performs other administrative tasks for a fiscal agent fee (an indirect cost for grant applications). For information regarding these services, please contact

Dr. Scheibner has over 40 years experience in grants management, and most recently has served as applicant/fiscal agent for grants for a Family Preservation Project funded by Indiana's Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA), the Women's Fund of Central Indiana, Indiana State Department of Health Maternal and Child Health (MCH), and St. Vincent's; as well as "Growing Through Loss" - a program addressing depression in adolescents - funded by the Simon Fund and Bindley Fund.
