The last piece of legislation we were watching was Senate Bill 0298 regarding dissolving the ITPC Executive Board and moving all assets and obligations to another state agency. At last report it had passed its third Senate reading and was in the house as of 3/1/10. The legislative session ends March 14 as far as we know now.
